Northcare (Scotland) Ltd aims to operate their care homes as a home in every sense of the word. Clients will be supported to achieve interdependence and inclusion within the community. Any disabilities experienced by the client will be recognised and differences honoured by providing differing degrees and kinds of support to suit the individual concerned. This will be undertaken in an environment, which is safe, and secure, the clients will be enabled to make choices and work in partnership with the care staff to maximise their quality of life.

- Confidential information and provision of a secure place for personal files
