A Proposal of Application Notice has been submitted to Stirling Council indicating the intention of the developer to consult the public regrading development proposals for a new care home with associated access, open space, car parking, landscaping, and ancillary works on land at Orchard House, Stirling.
Two consultation events are proposed on the 15th October 2026 and 12th November 2026 between 3pm and 7pm at Northcare Residences Care Home, 20 Lower Bridge St, Stirling, FK8 1AA
