Northcare Residences is a purpose-built luxury care home which offers 65 generously appointed bedroom suites. The fresh and spacious interiors are bathed in natural light and exude relaxed elegance. Bedroom suites at Northcare Residences are finished to the highest of standards and communal areas have the finest furnishings throughout. Bedrooms include large en-suite’s with rain head showers, double bed, call bell, telephone facility, high speed wireless internet connectivity and Sky TV facility.

Cocktail bar
Located on the 3rd floor of Northcare Residences, the Cocktail Bar is open between 4pm and 7pm daily. We offer a variety of cocktails served by our experienced bar staff for our clients and their guests to enjoy.
Dining
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served in the main dining rooms in Northcare Residences. We provide menus which are frequently reviewed to ensure that we offer nutritious well-balanced meals for our clients daily.
Private Dining
Northcare Residences has private dining facilities available with butler service for special events or celebrations. Menus can be developed by the head chef and tailored specifically to suit our clients and guest’s requirements
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea is served daily between 2pm and 4pm within the Brasserie of Northcare Residences. This service is complimentary for our clients and their visiting guests
Sky Terrace
The private garden & sun terrace at Northcare Residences provides an opportunity for clients to enjoy our beautiful outdoor surroundings. This secure area has been designed to maximise the garden space available and includes a wide variety of features such as meandering paths, band stand, BBQ area, multi-purpose activity green and sensory gardens.
The Brasserie
The Brasserie is Located on the top floor of Northcare Residences, The Brasserie is an elegant, atmospheric and relaxed setting where our clients can host their visitors and enjoy some of our chefs fresh home baking served by our hosts. The Brasserie is also a well-used space for entertainment purposes for live music and special events. The Brasserie is open daily between 10am and 5pm.

Settling In
We take the time to get to really know our residents, both before they arrive at Northcare Residences and during their stay with us. Good communication is central to residents happily settling in successfully with us and we like to find out as much as we can. Upon arrival we discuss with our new client, and ideally also with their relatives, their background and complete a life story book. This enables us to provide personal care and dialogue that is tailored specifically to their needs. We make sure that residents are always comfortable, reassured and dignified during their stay with us.

About Us
Northcare (Scotland) Limited are a family-run business with over 30 years’ experience in the Residential Care Facilities Industry. We treat our clients as our expanded family providing the highest quality of care in the most elegant settings with care provided by highly experienced staff committed to delivering care services at the highest of standards.
Our Care Staff in Stirling
Each of our staff are trained extensively through the Promoting Excellence Framework, which includes not just how we ensure we are meeting high care standards now, but also how we will progress in the future. Care plans are continuously reviewed with lead staff to ensure they are adapted to support any changing requirements of clients.
Our Facilities
Our Stirling care home is decorated in light, neutral colours, furnished elegantly, and designed with care in mind for both physical and mental health. Within each room are a rain head shower, double bed, call bell (24/7 support), telephone and high-speed internet access to support video calling, helping clients to stay in contact with friends and relatives, wherever they are in the world.
Guests visiting can enjoy complimentary meals, or relaxing time with your loved ones in our in-house cocktail bar, open daily from 4pm until 7pm.
Our clients benefit from well-reviewed nutritious meal plans developed to support health plans. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in our bespoke dining rooms.
Afternoon Tea is served from 2pm to 4pm daily and guests are welcome to share the time and experience with their loved ones. Outside of these hours, The Brasserie on the top floor is open daily from 9am to 5pm providing brasserie style dining in luxurious surroundings to clients and guests.
On the upper floor, a private, secure garden and sun terrace lets clients enjoy the greenspace of Stirling. Our landscaped gardens incorporate pathways, a walking circuit around the gardens, a multi-purpose activity green, as well as sensory gardens and a children’s play park.
Supporting Inclusion
Part of our ongoing care service is supporting the quality of living of our clients. Our staff develop monthly activity programs for inside our care home, and arrange for safe community outings around Stirling.
Within Northcare Residences Care Home in Stirling are multiple activity rooms including a relaxing art room, a private cinema, music room, and an in-house hair salon.

Prior to clients moving in, we take great care to develop a thorough understanding of each individual. We encourage friends and relatives to be involved in completing a life story book, which helps our care team tailor each care plan towards clients’ individual care and support needs.
