About Us
Northcare Residences is a purpose-built luxury care home which offers 65 generously appointed bedroom suites. The fresh and spacious interiors are bathed in natural light and exude relaxed elegance. Bedroom suites at Northcare Residences are finished to the highest of standards and communal areas have the finest furnishings throughout. Bedrooms include large en-suite’s with rain head showers, double bed, call bell, telephone facility, high speed wireless internet connectivity and Sky TV facility.
Bedroom Suites
All of our bedroom suites at Northcare Residences are finished to the highest of standards and include large en-suite’s with rain head showers, call bell, telephone facility, high speed wireless internet connectivity and Sky TV facility.
We recognise that bedroom suites are our residents home. We encourage them to incorporate their own furniture, art and treasured possessions from home. We can even help with this transition by providing our very own removal service to assist.
A Turn Down Service is provided by our Housekeeping Staff and a daily newspaper selection is available to all suites.
Cocktail bar
The Cocktail Bar is located on the third floor of Northcare Residences and is open daily for our clients and families to enjoy. A variety of cocktails are available, served by our experienced bar staff.
The Cocktail Bar provides an ideal venue for clients, their friends, family and guests to enjoy some quality time together and relax.
Our hospitality team also host a “cocktail of the month” activity class which is held in our cocktail bar where clients can observe or participate in creating some tasty cocktails.
Dining & Nutrition

Private Dining
Northcare Residences has private dining facilities available with butler service for special events or celebrations. Menus can be developed by the head chef and tailored specifically to suit our clients and guest’s requirements
Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea is served daily between 2pm and 4pm within the Brasserie of Northcare Residences. This service is complimentary for our clients and their visiting guests
Sky Terrace
The Brasserie
The Brasserie is Located on the top floor of Northcare Residences, The Brasserie is an elegant, atmospheric and relaxed setting where our clients can host their visitors and enjoy some of our chefs fresh home baking served by our hosts. The Brasserie is also a well-used space for entertainment purposes for live music and special events. The Brasserie is open daily between 10am and 5pm.
Entertainment & Activities
Northcare Residences provides an extensive monthly calendar of exciting events which we trust residents will enjoy.
The Private Cinema screens regular showings of new and classic films and is available to book for residents to host a private event for family or friends. Food and treats can be supplied to make your event memorable.
We develop monthly activity programmes and schedules featuring outings and regular entertainment.
Activities include, Yoga Classes, Cheese & Wine Evening, Games Evening, Flower Arranging Classes, Zumba Classes, Chef Master Classes.
Qualified staff deliver our activity programme and personalised activities can be developed to suit individual preferences.
Settling In
We take the time to get to really know our residents, both before they arrive at Northcare Residences and during their stay with us. Good communication is central to residents happily settling in successfully with us and we like to find out as much as we can. Upon arrival we discuss with our new client, and ideally also with their relatives, their background and complete a life story book. This enables us to provide personal care and dialogue that is tailored specifically to their needs. We make sure that residents are always comfortable, reassured and dignified during their stay with us.
Hair & Beauty
Our Hair & Beauty Salon is situated in the relaxing and beautiful surroundings of Northcare Residences. Our Salon’s approach is to support our philosophy of enabling residents to enjoy life to the full by providing a luxurious range of hair, spa and beauty treatments within a familiar environment that is safe and secure.
Staff have many years of experience having gained their expertise, both academically and practically, working in some of Scotland’s best known salons.
Our Salon has the knowledge to work with all age groups, skin and hair types and our highly trained staff can always be relied upon to give a warm and friendly welcome while creating a moment of luxury. Appointments can be booked by contacting our Front of House staff.

About Us
Northcare (Scotland) Limited are a family-run business with over 30 years’ experience in the Residential Care Facilities Industry. Our Care Staff in Stirling
Each of our staff are trained extensively through the Promoting Excellence Framework, which includes not just how we ensure we are meeting high care standards now, but also how we will progress in the future. Care plans are continuously reviewed with lead staff to ensure they are adapted to support any changing requirements of clients.
Our Facilities
Our Stirling care home is decorated in light, neutral colours, furnished elegantly, and designed with care in mind for both physical and mental health. Within each room are a rain head shower, double bed, call bell (24/7 support), telephone and high-speed internet access to support video calling, helping clients to stay in contact with friends and relatives, wherever they are in the world.
Guests visiting can enjoy complimentary meals, or relaxing time with your loved ones in our in-house cocktail bar, open daily from 4pm until 7pm.
Our clients benefit from well-reviewed nutritious meal plans developed to support health plans. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in our bespoke dining rooms.
Afternoon Tea is served from 2pm to 4pm daily and guests are welcome to share the time and experience with their loved ones. Outside of these hours, The Brasserie on the top floor is open daily from 9am to 5pm providing brasserie style dining in luxurious surroundings to clients and guests.
On the upper floor, a private, secure garden and sun terrace lets clients enjoy the greenspace of Stirling. Our landscaped gardens incorporate pathways, a walking circuit around the gardens, a multi-purpose activity green, as well as sensory gardens and a children’s play park.
Supporting Inclusion
Part of our ongoing care service is supporting the quality of living of our clients. Our staff develop monthly activity programs for inside our care home, and arrange for safe community outings around Stirling.
Within Northcare Residences Care Home in Stirling are multiple activity rooms including a relaxing art room, a private cinema, music room, and an in-house hair salon.
